FEATURED WORK

Work you can actually see

A few visuals that represent the kind of products, tools, and interfaces I’ve worked around or built myself.

QUALITY ENGINEERING

Core AI Debugger

A developer tool for visualizing, inspecting, and debugging AI models on Apple platforms, showcased at WWDC 2026. I led quality validation for it during my Graphics, Games & Machine Learning internship.

PERSONAL PROJECT

MirrorMirror

A desktop app that reads on-screen text with OCR and uses AI to interpret it. Answers appear in an overlay right on top of whatever you’re working on.

APPLE PAY QA

Tap to Cash

An Apple Pay feature that lets you send money just by bringing two iPhones together. I tested it end to end during my Apple Pay QA internship.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Headline accomplishments

Selected moments that represent how I work and the kind of impact I aim to have.

01

Led QA for an AI developer tool featured in Apple's WWDC 2026

Owned quality validation and helped drive confidence in a developer-facing AI experience ahead of its public showcase.

02

Completed two Apple Quality Engineering Internships

Worked across Apple Pay and Graphics, Games & Machine Learning, gaining hands-on experience with test strategy, automation, triage, and cross-functional quality work.

03

Built tools and automation to make testing more repeatable

Created scripts, internal utilities, and automated validation workflows designed to reduce manual friction and catch regressions earlier.

04

Escalated release-impacting issues before customers saw them

Identified problems involving privacy, usability, device eligibility, and workflow behavior, then partnered with engineering teams through resolution.

05

Combine software quality with hands-on hardware repair

My current Apple retail work keeps me close to the physical side of technology, strengthening the way I think about product reliability, serviceability, and the full customer experience.

EXPERIENCE

Where I’ve built my career

A mix of quality engineering, automation, support, and repair — all centered on making technology work better.

Apple

Technical Expert / Repair Technician

2022 — Present

Hands-on device diagnostics and hardware repair in a fast-paced retail service environment.

  • Diagnose device issues and complete hardware repairs behind the scenes.
  • Balance repair quality, turnaround time, documentation, and customer expectations.
  • Bring prior QA experience into day-to-day troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Apple — Internship

Graphics, Games & Machine Learning — Quality Automation

2026 (6 Months)

Quality validation and automation work across machine learning projects and developer-facing experiences.

  • Built and maintained validation workflows for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Developed internal tools and automation to improve repeatability and pre-integration coverage.
  • Communicated quality status, risk, and defect trends across cross-functional teams.

Apple — Internship

Apple Pay Quality Assurance

2024 (6 Months)

End-to-end product quality work focused on new payment experiences, device behavior, privacy, and reliability.

  • Validated new workflows across devices, builds, feature flags, and edge cases.
  • Partnered with engineering and design teams to investigate and resolve product issues.
  • Used logs, proxy tools, diagnostics, and structured stress testing to isolate failures.
